Robert Wendell was raised in Pearland, Texas. Mr. Wendell obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History at The Ohio State University in 2013. Mr. Wendell was then a Dean’s List student at South Texas College of Law, where he obtained his mediator certificate and juris doctorate in 2016. During his studies in law school and before taking the Texas Bar Exam, Mr. Wendell clerked for the Rincon Law Firm, PLLC, and later for Gill, Revack, Samaan & Muller, LLP, where he is now an associate attorney.

Mr. Wendell has valuable experience in family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, visitation, community property divisions, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, domestic relations orders, protective orders, name changes, enforcements, and modifications. Since family law cases can create tremendous financial and emotional hardships on all parties involved, it is Mr. Wendell’s philosophy to first exhaust all possible efforts to amicably resolve the issues through mediation before going to trial.

In addition to family law, Mr. Wendell also practices probate law, civil litigation, transactional drafting, estate document drafting, and criminal defense.

Robert is an avid sports fan and movie buff, and enjoys spending quality time with his family, friends, and his dog, Brutus, in his spare time.
